A Georgia native, Cindy has built a thriving real estate career alongside her husband Fred and their family, now enjoying life with their four children, three grandchildren, and dog Gunny after relocating from McDonough to Monticello in 2023. Since launching her career in 2005 — earning Rookie of the Year at Prudential Georgia Real Estate — she has achieved over $200 million in sales and worked with firms ranging from Bravo Group to Compass. In 2020, she co-founded Blue Door Associates with Diana Mullis, reflecting her continued commitment to excellence in real estate.

VICTORIA DELLINGER

Originally from Park City, Utah, Victoria Dellinger has called Georgia home for over six years after relocating with her husband, Will - a Georgia native. With a degree in Psychology and Marketing , she brings both analytical insight and strategic marketing expertise to real estate. Launching her career in commercial real estate five years ago, she quickly expanded into land and residential transactions and surpassed $18 million in her first 2 years at Blue Door Associates.
